Ekaterina GUSEVA (Russia)

Ekaterina Guseva has served as a member of the AIIB Board of Directors since July 1, 2026. She is Acting Director of the Department for International Financial Relations at the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

Since 2021, she has held various positions at the Ministry of Finance, responsible for Russia’s engagement with multilateral development institutions. Prior to that, she served as Head of Business Development with Foreign Clients at the Moscow Exchange from 2019 to 2021.

Guseva holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
