Policy Description:
The General Conditions set out the basic legal provisions applicable to the legal agreements entered into by the Bank for the Sovereign-backed projects it finances. The General Conditions are incorporated into the legal agreements for each of these projects, including loan, guarantee and project agreements as applicable.
