Hui Fong Lee
Controller
Hui Fong Lee leads the Office of the Controller and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of AIIB’s financial position. As Controller, she oversees financial reporting, internal controls, loan administration and day-to-day financial operations, and also ensures sound fiduciary management in relation to authorization of disbursements and administrative expenses, among others. Lee joined AIIB in August 2017 from Ernst & Young where she was an Assurance Partner responsible for the audit of large international banks. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Malaya, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in both Malaysia and Hong Kong, China. Lee is from Malaysia.
